HOME: groundhog day

Look out, Punxsutawney Phil. We’ve had enough of this nonsense… and I’m googling groundhog recipes. On the brighter side, it’s also Imbolc/Candlemas… we’re halfway to spring, no matter what those cantankerous greasy rodents say is in store for us. Time to light some candles and dream of the lighter days ahead.

I’m off to some Superb Owl sports-related festivities at the VK farm, snacks, and hopefully to catch the Mini-Abe commercial my friends at Odd Machine and Jabberwocky cooked up, if it hasn’t aired already. Then perhaps to the studio… it’s also Kedzmart today, and they’re hosting a movie marathon that I’ll probably miss most of (which of course, started with “Groundhog Day”). Have fun, everyone!

I’m doing a Mediterranean tour… hopefully some of the warmth we generate as we dine together will stick. If not, it will certainly stick to your ribs. And with more arctic air ahead, we could all use the extra insulation and fortification.
